Most of our items are made to order which means that they will be made when you place the order. We work in the order that we receive the orders, and shipping time will depend on the items that you purchased since some of them take longer than others.
Free shipping on orders above $120
Processing time does not include shipping. Shipping time is 3-5 business days for standard mail. Most orders are shipped with standard mail and tracking, if you like to upgrade to priority mail please contact us.

Returns: Returns are accepted within 30 days from the date of delivery for yarn, exceptions apply to handmade items, please read below. Please contact us to initiate the return process. For more details visit our returns policy section.
Due to their nature returns are not accepted on the following items.
- Handmade items bigger than 3 months or custom made are non-returnable (these are made to order for you, we do not store already made items)
- Digital Downloads (patterns)
- Personalized Items
- Items that had been used
- Bathroom Cover (for hygiene reasons)
Cancelations: Cancelations are only accepted within 24 hours of your purchase or before the order is marked as shipped for items that aren't handmade
