Return and Refund Policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you the instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items, or crochet sets in sizes bigger than 3 months ), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for digital products like crochet patterns. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We accept returns made within our policy that lasts 30 days from the date of delivery. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
Most items are returnable if in original condition, however exclusions apply to handmade items and certain categories listed below.

Shipping Costs

- Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
HANDMADE ITEMS
- For all crochet sets we only accept returns for newborn and 0-3 months, bigger sizes or custom made sets are non- returnable. Our items are made to order especially for you that is why we will only accept returns for sizes smaller than 3 months.

Multiple quantities of handmade crochet items are FINAL sales. If you order more than 2 dresses return won't be accepted. Returns accepted only on single items (these are handmade especially for you)
Additional non-returnable items:
- Gift cards
- Downloadable patterns
- Some health and personal care items
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
There are certain situations where refunds are not accepted. (if applicable) - Downloadable patterns
- Clothes with obvious signs of use
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
- Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 1-3 business days, please keep in mind that your bank may take longer to show the refund.
Refused & undeliverable packages
- Refused and undeliverable packages will be charged the original shipping cost and the cost to redeliver the package
- If customer decides not to get the order redelivered, there will be a 15% restocking fee, plus the original shipping charged that was paid originally to deliver the package the first time.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us using the contact us form.
Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. Please, send us an email using the contact us form.
Shipping Costs
